National Sales Executive! (Home working!) Adecco are proud to support the recruitment for our highly successful North Wales based client who are a fast-paced distributor of apparel - managing and promoting 140 plus brands to a defined group of customers within the UK Database. Salary £20,000 basic + OTE of £27,000 per annum! We're seeking a driven and passionate Sales Professional with a 'spark' to join a dynamic sales team with an abundance of clients looking to come on board or grow their accounts. The role will involve bringing on new business from warm leads of enquiries as well as managing a large portfolio of existing clients. New ideas with ambition is at the forefront of this successful team! The Sales Executive will seek to increase sales and foster long term relationships. This will include, searching for new opportunities and bringing new customers on board, developing existing customers who are not yet meeting their potential and investigating new sectors to develop for the greater good of the Ralawise business. The role will predominantly be remote based, working from home with occasional Head Office visits. Field visits will only be made as is deemed essential to achieving overall objectives. The core weekly/monthly tasks within this role will include: Strategic Brand development Development of 'New' and 'Start Up' businesses. Looking for new areas of business using digital and social platforms Business Development of existing accounts Laptop/Phone/Virtual Meeting Software and use of a car when required will be available to help support the role. The successful Sales Executive candidate will have: Excellent experience of building relationships with an array of different types of people and business. Honed telephone/ video skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Ability to make the right commercial decision alongside the company's core objectives Determination to seek opportunities and then see them through to delivery Proven sales track record Enthusiasm for various brands and a desire to really understand them Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure, manage time and customer expectation. Customer focused/drive to deliver improved customer satisfaction Persuasive, influential, and self-confident individual with strong interpersonal awareness and communication skills Computer literacy in application of Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent benefits package.
