The position we are looking for is Sous Chef, we need someone to work full time hours but there is a possibility of a 4 day week.
Working at a tradional village pub in Henley
The menu is local sourced and everything is pretty much made on site. Traditional British with a few twists.
We don’t have accommodation available at the pub but we do know of a room to rent in the village which is about a 4 minute walk away.
Basic salary£400 per week with a bonus structure based on food sales which is very easily achievable. We will pay £50 for every £1000 the pub makes in food over the base line of £2000 food sales. Since I’ve owned the pub we have never done less than £2500 in food sales a week. Some weeks we have hit over £6000 a week so it’s a great opportunity to earn well. They will also be included in the tip share
