You will be joining one of the UK’s largest charities who have a track record for developing and looking after their staff (investors in people & best company awards). You will be supporting a brand new team who are starting work on the 1st March (about 70 new people in total) to oversee and monitor the quality and compliance for a new ex-offender support project.
The service is aimed at clients who are furthest from the job market, and are at a high risk of re-offending within 3 months of release. Clients can focus on activities such as sports, media and arts amongst their peers. And at the same time, receive support around employment, accommodation, health, finance, behaviour & attitude. All whilst being mentored and surrounded by role models.
This role will be home based, but there might be some travel across the midlands and east of England. This is ESF funded, and there is lots of reporting involved, so ensuring the quality and compliance process is running smoothly is essential.
