Would you like to join a charity that looks after its people (Investors in People / Best Company awards)?  This is a permanent role, and you will manage the quality and compliance for a new ex-offender rehabilitation contract being managed across the Midlands and East of England. The service is launching soon, and works with ex-offenders who need extra support once they are released.  It’s aimed at clients who are furthest from the job market, and are at a high risk of offending within 3 months of release.  Why it’s different is each hub you oversee the quality and compliance for creates a community feel where clients can focus on activities such as sports, media and arts amongst their peers.  And at the same time, receive support around employment, accommodation, health, finance, behaviour & attitude. All whilst being mentored and surrounded by role models. You will play the important role of ensuring that all the quality and compliance processes are in place and working well.  You will devise auditing and monitoring processes, and will always be looking at ways to improve things.  This is an ESF funded programme, and you will be the main contact for HMPPS.
