We are currently recruiting for an experienced Concierge who will be able to hit the ground running and fit into this great and vibrant team with very little training or support. Key Responsibilities * To meet and greet residents and visitors ensuring the highest level of customer care * To ensure that all residents are properly greeted and that any message, mail, correspondence, parcels, deliveries or dry cleaning is passed to them promptly * CCTV experience and previous concierge experience * To provide utmost discretion and diplomacy when dealing with residents, visitors and all management matters. Confidentiality must be adhere to at all times * To work closely with management and subordinates ensuring correct reporting of any security or health & safety issues and relevant preventative measures are undertaken * To satisfy the needs of residents as politely and efficiently when it is within the jurisdiction of the concierge department to do so. It is important to remain mindful of boundaries and liabilities * Deal effectively with complaints, take the correct action and remain courteous * To be flexible where necessary to meet requirements * To attend training sessions or meetings as required by management * Assist management with other reasonable duties as requested Key Skills * Confident communicator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Good team player with ability to multi task and work to deadlines * Have an inquiring mind and willingness to learn new skills * Excellent work ethic – punctual, hardworking and reliable * Computer literate with good record keeping * The 4Ps – Pride, Performance, Passion, Professionalism Day shift 8am-8pm or night shift 8pm - 8am CCTV experience and previous concierge exp nw11 area holders green We look forward to hearing from you at Team CV LTD
