Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality P.E. lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for a healthy lifestyle. Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages sportsmanship, skill development, and personal growth. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their physical and personal development. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the P.E. department. Actively participate in sports-related extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community. Qualifications: A relevant degree in Physical Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Demonstrated experience as a PE Teacher at the secondary school level. Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay current with educational best practices.
