Job Title: HR Change Partner Function: Human Resources Location: Nottingham City Centre Type: Permanent (full time, 37.5 hours per week) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Closing Date: Monday 20th December 2021 NHS Supply Chain are recruiting a HR Change Partner role.  NHS Supply Chain is a £2.1bn turnover healthcare / supply chain business which has ambitious growth plans in place.  We are at the start of an exciting period of cultural change, and we are looking for a skilled HR professional, with a solid breadth and range of HR experience, to join our team in this new role, to strength our people leadership of the change and transformation agenda. Primarily you will be responsible for the delivery of people change, as part of the NHS Supply Chain People Strategy and will own the delivery of a range of solutions, ranging from organisational design and development activities, through process improvements and engagement activities. This is a highly visible role, supporting a team of approximately 500 colleagues. What does a HR Change Partner do at NHS Supply Chain? §  Works in partnership with the Senior HR Business Partners in the implementation of organisational changes §  Undertakes and leads on specific projects that supports the delivery of the People Plan, , NHS Supply Chain wide §  Works with the leadership population to deliver a range of strategic change solutions, on all aspects of People Plan delivery in line with company policy, employment law and best practice to facilitate leadership decision making. §  Interprets UK legislation and create a range of business documents, including HR Policies and all relating documentation. §  Works with the broader HR team to ensure all change activity is effectively integrated and transacted. What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful? §  Qualified to CIPD Level 7, or equivalent experience §  A formal qualification in project management and/or lean six sigma is desirable §  Substantial experience of managing people change programmes including TUPE processes. §  Experience of Partnering Operational excellence/business transformation Teams is desirable §  A good understanding of employment law in the UK, particularly in relation to TUPE §  Substantial employee engagement and stakeholder management experience §  Knowledge and experience of leading employee relations processes, e.g. employment tribunal. How you’ll work: SCCL offices opened in September 2021. From Spring 2022 we will move to hybrid working; a blend of home and office working – 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days at home. Until then, we are learning hybrid working together, so you can expect to travel to the offices perhaps once or twice a week.
