The Company: On behalf of our client who is an IFA, we are seeking a superbly organised and efficient Part Time Administration Assistant. This is a Part Time role where you will be working 21 hours per week (Monday - Thursday 4 hours per day). The role itself will be providing efficient administrative support to the Partner within the Practice in respect of the business generated and the servicing of existing clients. Your role will be to produce all the relevant paperwork for the clients, on behalf of the Partner, including, quotations, illustrations and valuations as well as processing all new business documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards. Another part of your role will be to handle queries from clients and third parties and take the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner. It’s also essential you have a confident phone manner to support the Partner in gaining new prospects and clients (not cold calling) but confidently talking to referrals so they are excited about booking a meeting with the Partner. The Person: For this role it’s essential you have previous administration and co-ordination experience ideally gained in a smaller business where your workload has been incredibly varied.  It's also essential you are looking for a part time role (and able to get to Aztec West). You will have a confident, numerate, highly organised and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.  You will have super multi-tasking skills and be able to work in an ever changing workload and be confident to pick up a variety of processes on several IT systems.  You will be able to demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with the ability to perform well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout your work. You should show initiative, have excellent IT skills and be a strong communicator. As you will have contact with clients, it is essential that you are professional and confident in dealing with third parties, have excellent communication skills and can work with total discretion.  The Hours: This is a part time, covering 21 hours a week working  Monday (10am – 4pm) + Tuesday, Wednesday + Thursday (10am – 3pm) The Location: Aztec West, Bristol (with car parking) The Salary: Up to £23,500 pro-rata (up to £12.91 per hour)
