Our client is the UK’s leading provider of support services to the legal sector with more than 800 people based in 45 client sites. They provide quality of support delivered to partners and fee-earners.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on maintaining the highest level of client care, As a PA in this team, you will be responsible for providing PA support to the client (tasks include diary and travel management, team event management and coordination, document production, data input, expenses etc). . It's essential you can build and maintain professional relationships with both the client and your team. This is a very hands on role so you will be part of this team, supporting the management and partners with a PA service which is second to none.
Responsibilities will include:
Travel and logistics management
Meeting room (including virtual) bookings and management, both internal and external
Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages
Document production and finishing, particularly in PowerPoint
Daily administrative tasks
For this role they are looking for a superbly organised individual who has line management experience previously and well as this you will have confident IT skills and previous PA / Personal Assistant / Secretarial or Administrative Support experience. They are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and superb communication skills
Pension, 20 days holiday plus 1 extra day for each years’ service, death in service
Central Bristol, no car parking (this is a hybrid role working some office and some home working after training - one month)
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
