We are looking for a child focused, enthusiastic and passionate manager to run an existing children’s home in Walmer, Kent .
Purpose of Job: To lead and develop a staff team to deliver a high standard of child focused care focusing on the individual needs and promoting positive outcomes for each child/Young Person we care for. We take a ‘holistic approach’ to our care ensuring each child/Young Person’s emotional, physical, social, and educational needs and development are supported and promoted at all times.
Job Context: Back on Track Services Ltd ethos is to provide small family orientated homes to children and young people aged between 8-18 years old. We excel by having developed small, a friendly and personable staff team who work collectively in recognising and promoting the individual needs of each child placed in our care.
We have developed excellent relationships with parents, Local Authorities, social workers and outside professionals, working in partnership to deliver and oversee that each child’s care plan is facilitated, targets met and best achievements and positive outcomes promoted.
