Our client, an award winning company with several sites across Kent and Sussex are looking for a Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade. You will assist the Head Chef and team in all aspects of the kitchen including; training, influencing good gross profits, hygiene standards, stock rotation and ordering.
The successful candidate have excellent cooking skills and the desire to create amazing food. Everything is prepared on site using the best ingredients, local where possible, sourced from carefully chosen suppliers.
You will be a great team player with good organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment. Upholding our clients reputation for consistently preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the highest standards is at the heart of this role
