Supporting a small team of Senior Leaders, you will be rewarded with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays from day 1 working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. You will receive a salary of £26,000pa as you bring your experience of working within a multiple support Personal Assistant role.
You will be responsible for administrative tasks as required by the leadership team. You will need to have excellent administrative skills to include the Microsoft Word package whereby you will be familiar with the use of templates to ensure consistency in outgoing administration work.
You will be required to proof read documents internally, therefore you need to evidence outstanding grammar and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all outgoing work conforms to brand guidelines.
Working as the senior leadership team Personal Assistant, some members of the team will be remote, you will be required to maintain relationships with the team through telephone and video conferencing. You may on occasion be required to visit other sites throughout the UK.
Your role with the leadership team will include diary management, travel arrangements, internal and external meeting arrangement as well as venue research and arranging.
Having worked as a Personal Assistant supporting multiple leaders in the past will be advantageous to your application as well as having worked within events or potentially a more HR lead Personal Assistant role.
