Ongoing Temporary role (could go perm)

My client, a well-established Maintenance and Construction company, are looking for an experience Office Administrator to join the company on a temporary basis, this role could become a permanent position for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Keeping the COSHH spreadsheets up to date.
Dealing with enquiries
General administration, as required
1-2 years previous administration experience (6 months with strong Microsoft packages skills will be considered)
Good Excel skills is a MUST – will be dealing with spreadsheets on a daily basis
Experience using MAC would be advantageous
Ability to work on own initiative
