Social Media Coordinator
In charge of managing Instagram and client work
As a social media coordinator with my client, you will be responsible for the management of the business's Instagram account, signing off and scheduling in their client’s work and managing their client’s social channels.
To work on the social team you must be able to work collaboratively, as the team consists of production members as well as social media coordinators.
Responsibilities and Duties
Management on Instagram Account: Posting 3 times per day, which consists of video and image content. Replying to comments and posting to Instagram stories on a daily basis (between 5-10 stories dependant on the topic). You will also be responsible for replying to any Instagram Direct Messages and sorting out any competition prizes that come through the platform.
Management on Client Work: This will involve being in creative meetings, coming up with relevant content ideas that suit my client’s audience. Working with the production and commercial teams throughout the 8-week process, checking over video edits, storyboards and proposals, and then finally creating a caption and scheduling in the content on the relevant platform.
Reporting: You will be responsible for the Instagram channel, and it is really important that relevant spreadsheets and reports are kept up to date so we can track channel growth and implement realistic KPIs.
Host A Live show weekly on Instagram stories: Completing weekly live show’s across Instagram, you will be responsible for hosting this and engaging with my client’s audience in a way they’ll find entertaining.
Channel Management: You will be responsible for managing clients Facebook and Twitter accounts, posting content that will help reach the KPIs they set in place.
* Strong understanding of social media (in particular Instagram)
* Presenting experience or comfortable being in front of the camera
* Team working capability, input will be required in creative meetings
* Ability to be organised when reporting on content and scheduling
* Ability to report any problems or issues
* A complete ‘Team Player’.

Salary: £20,000 per annum
