The successful Paediatric Nurse Manager (RGN/RSCN) will be given responsibility to help shape the companies impressive 5-year growth plans.
Your main responsibilities as the Paediatric Community Nurse Manager include designing and delivering a number of complex care packages, managing an experienced multidisciplinary team and ensuring that all standards and requirements are excelled.

Company Mobile Phone and Laptop Criteria for Paediatric Nurse Manager (RGN/RSCN):
RGN or RCSN qualified is essential
Up to date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families and the MDT
Experience of managing high risk complex needs clinical care for children and young people
Full UK Driving Licence with access to a car and willing to travel in the community Key responsibilities for Paediatric Nurse Manager (RGN/RSCN):
Design and deliver a tailored care plan specific to an individual client's needs
Effectively manage the MDT through strong communication and teamwork
To provide ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of client's physical and physiological needs within your caseload
To deliver nursing interventions including the management of medicine delivery
Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with your client's family
To deliver specialised clinical training to other staff in your capacity as Nurse Manager
