Maths Teacher Required for ASAP Start Harrow Immediate Start- Permanent Contract on Offer A Star Teachers are currently looking for a Maths Specialist. Our client school are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and well-qualified Teacher of Maths for this oversubscribed comprehensive school with a long record of high student achievement in West London. This academic year, 73% of students gained 9-5 grades in both English and Maths at GCSE, and our motivated students make excellent progress. OFSTED graded the school as outstanding in all areas and noted "Students have outstanding attitudes to learning and take a pride in their work". The Maths Department is successful and the subject is a very popular choice at A Level. The ability to teach Maths to A Level is essential. The successful applicant should be keenly interested in how children learn, as well as committed to equal opportunities and a collaborative approach to teaching and learning. The school offers staff excellent resources in a state-of-the-art building, a wide ranging professional development programme and support for career progression. The post would suit either an NQT or a more experienced teacher.
