We’re looking for a highly organised and personable individual who will take on a variety of responsibilities focussed on the operations of our Hemel Hempstead office. Key Responsibilities: * Meet and greet all visitors to the office building (Internal & External) * Support the booking of travel requirements across operations teams as required * Arrange refreshments for internal/ team meetings on request * Organise and maintain parking permits liaising with the finance department regarding costs and the car park management & staff for any changes * Manage fobs for new starters, leavers, visitors and employees, including a monthly email to the estate’s office and facilities to maintain security * Placing stationery orders and distributing new stock * Organise meetings, reserving rooms, reserving laptops, providing refreshments and welcoming external guests * Liaising with office managers to ensure a smooth running of the bookings and other administrative tasks * Support in ordering & distribution of fruit weekly * Assisting with sandwich order on a monthly basis * Any other ah-hoc supportive office duties as seen fit to ensure smooth running of the building Candidate Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Good time management and organisational skills * First class customer service skills * Professional and friendly manner * Efficient with a clear understanding of how to prioritise workload throughout the working day * Adaptable and positive attitude to change * Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Email * Experience of fulfilling and administrative or organisational role within an office environment is highly desirable * Experience of internal booking systems is preferred
