As a Year 6 Teaching Assistant your role will involve working specifically with a 31-strong Year 6 class and you will be acting as a group and 1:1 mentor. You will have the responsibility of working with the class teacher to prepare and deliver fun and engaging lessons. The successful Year 6 Teaching Assistant will have the opportunity to enroll in a series of interesting and useful training schemes where your abilities will develop through the instruction of various educational experts. You will also have an opportunity to lead the arts or sports club, contributing to the wider life of the school and improving your own portfolio.
