A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a Crime Duty Solicitor in our clients highly acclaimed practice located in Lincoln. The successful applicant shall provide high quality representation at police stations whilst undertaking a rewarding caseload of criminal matters.
• Providing an excellent service to Legal Aid clients
• Representing clients detained at the police station
• Attending police stations
• Providing advice and advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court
• Reporting to the partner
• Agency work
• Serious violence
• Supervising and training staff
• Applications are encouraged for solicitors possessing a minimum of three years’ PQE in crime
• Duty accreditation is essential for this role
• Be self-motivated with the ability to manage your workload effectively
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
• Possess strong analytical and decision-making skills
