The ideal candidate should have some previous experience within an office environment and dealing with the general public. This position has great career prospects and progression opportunities.
Day to day work duties will include:
* Answering the telephone and speaking to clients face to face
* Typing letters and emails
* Recording and maintaining company information on a daily basis
* Support the management team at all times
* Check all data is correct and up to date
* Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Candidate skills should include:
* Friendly and outgoing personality
* Able to deal with the general public
* Working in a team environment
* Willing to learn new skills
* Monday to Friday
* 7:30-17:00 (1 hour for lunch)
* Good career progression
