An exciting and innovative new business are looking for an experienced Marketing Professional to become an integral part of their rapidly expanding operation. You will need to be technically minded, preferably with a background in Chemistry or Engineering and have proven business experience in B2B and Relationship Management Marketing. We are particularly keen to hear from you if you have a background in high-tech and high-growth sectors. THE ROLE • Working closely with the CEO and product managers, taking command of the design, management, execution, continuous evaluation and improvement of product marketing operations with an emphasis on B2B and Relationship Management • Playing a critical role in raising awareness and developing the brand, crafting an engaging and effective message • Communicating and conducting meetings with Sales Manager, Product Manager, CEO and Board in order to create a clear and measured marketing strategy • Managing the consistency of brand identity through all customer and collaborator communications • Implementing and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns, generating reports and presentations on their success and adjusting future campaigns accordingly THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We’re looking for a candidate that shows enthusiasm, initiative and excellent communication skills. However, the following basic skills would be an advantage: • Proven experience in B2B and Relationship Management Marketing • A Technical or Scientific background, preferably Engineering or Chemistry • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability engage effectively with Senior Management, Stakeholders as well as colleagues at all levels throughout the company • Ability to adapt quickly to a new environment and develop an excellent knowledge of the product range • Eagerness to rise to new challenges, taking on the responsibility of business growth and expansion of the brand • Adaptability in order to monitor the success of campaigns and make appropriate adjustments • Interest in personal and professional development This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can rise to a challenge and lead teams effectively.
