Edustaff are working with an ever-growing Academy Trust, based in Maidstone, who are looking to appoint a passionate English Graduate for the position of an English Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time position until the end of the academic year (starting from October 2018)

We are looking for an academically gifted and ambitious English Graduate who can confidently lead Literacy focused one-to-one and group interventions across KS3 and KS4. You will also be expected to work on a classroom basis and support the students during classroom learning.
To be considered for the position of an English Graduate, you must have obtained a 1st Class or Upper Second Class in your English Degree and have an excellent background of GCSE or A Level English. You must have a keen interest in the English Language, Secondary Education and ideally want to train as an English Teacher.
