Role: Plant & Transport Administrator Location: Leeds (10 minutes from City centre) Start date: ASAP Salary: £9.00 – £10.50p/h DOE Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Duties: * First point of contact for all plant and transport hire requirements - over the phone and face to face * Responding to email enquiries * Coordinate the allocation (hire and off hire) of plant, tools and transport * Administration – organising services, checking insurance documents, liaising with hire and body shop companies * Maintain accurate records of hire on Excel Skills: * Good administration and customer service skills * Attention to detail * Strong I.T skills including MS Excel If you would like to know more about this role, please contact Office Angels Leeds on (Apply online only).
