This is a full brigade of 14 Chefs, several of which have been with the business 5 plus years.
A brigade of Chefs with experience from all over the world within Rosettes and Multiple stars. A phenomenal place to learn and develop.
The owner is inspirational, encouraging and passionate about his people. Moving toward a 4 day working week. This Head Chef understands the impact a creative and fast paced career can have on home life; And so, is always looking for ways to make the kitchen a better place to work and the hours as manageable as possible. Lots of Chefs in the Kitchen=better standards and less hours ethos.
Early finish every Sunday and the business are closed Mondays, plus an additional day and a half off too.
Get involved with Demos Competitions, stages etc. You will be pushed forward to achieve your dreams and never held back. Many great Chefs have spent time here and moved on to great heights.
Salary is highly dependent on skills, for Commis up to £18,000, CDP up to £25,000, Sous £28,000
