The role as an Early Years Teaching Assistant would suit a compassionate graduate who has practice working with children on a 1:1 basis and achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree. The right graduate will have an enthusiastic character come rain or shine and a natural ease with strangers and the ability to rapidly form relationships. You will possess clear and concise verbal and written communication skills and a desire to work closely within special educational needs. We want to see an Early Years Teaching Assistant with the drive to display a genuine passion for education and show what a model student should be.
Early Years Teaching Assistant Role
In this Early Years Teaching Assistant post you will be supporting the work of the class teachers within Early Years and you will be helping to plan stimulating lessons. You will have the responsibility of mentoring individual pupils and learning first-hand how to lead a lesson. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant you will be working 1:1 and in small groups supporting children with table top activities.
