They now have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Brand to join the team!!
The role will ask you to maximise the value of an iconic Brand with over 20 years of history and hundreds of thousands of loyal customers, and take it to the next level. You’ll need to dig deep, get your hands dirty and develop as a manager as you’ll be pivotal in their success.
In this fast-moving business, you must have experience in driving change and have the interpersonal skills to secure buy -in at all levels within the organisation, operating through influencing rather than just line authority.
Reporting to the Marketing Director your responsibilities will be;
•Responsible for managing the brand identity, creating a distinct and enviable positioning, which contributes to making the brand famous. Owning how they shape and evolve their brand as they grow.
•Be the brand ambassador within the business to lead the brand induction and how they instil brand in the everyday, in all areas of the business.
•Brand leader and champion to ensure consistency of branding and TOV across all customer touch points; Create and manage set of rules around the brand, setting clear context of the dos and don’ts.
•Build the brand look & feel, evolving this to a globally recognisable, distinct brand that becomes synonymous with country living and creating beautiful homes.
•Manage and police how all internal and third parties use the brand.
•Lead the evolution of the brand on both the platform and in their consumer communication.
•Partner with Commercial and Marketing Managers to create brand campaigns, which live their brand personality and connect with consumers.
•Develop a method of measuring their brand health metrics and report this regularly to the wider business.
•Working with creative partners, internally and externally to build consistent yet famous campaigns
•Working with the campaign planning team to govern the way they use the brand look and feel, as well as tone of voice… own the glue across everything they do.
•Plan external marketing communications, with the Communications Manager, across all customer segments, channels and campaigns.
What my client wants from you:
They want someone that is passionate with brand experience, and emotionally connecting B2C brands. You will be an experienced marketer with 6 + years of global brand experience with high impact and memorable work examples to prove it.
You will have the ability to create a work environment that is high performance, fun and encourages active decision-making and considered risk taking.
You will have proven stakeholder and agency management experience
