Maintenance Administrator COMPASS Warrington 6 months Fixed Term Contract Full time, 37.5 hours per week £18,000 Purpose of role: A key member of the Facilities Team, this role is responsible for the scheduling and delivery of all soft and hard facility management services to the contracts property portfolio. Main Duties: * To help ensure all Contract & Health and Safety property standards are met * To understand all contract maintenance policies and local operating procedures to ensure the property portfolio complies with these standards. Report and escalate where appropriate any failures in policy standards * To ensure all recommendations for any planned maintenance initiatives are scheduled for completion in line with contract and health & safety standards to ensure all properties are compliant * Scheduling maintenance faults to in-house engineers, external contractors and landlords for completion of work, working towards tight timescales set out by the client * Liaising with landlords and Housing Officers via email and telephone * Contribute to MI and reporting * Answering and dealing with day to day email and telephone enquiries * Adding and closing faults on our local Veco system Skills and experience: * Proven communication skills * Scheduling experience Specific Features: Security Clearance at CTC level (Counter Terrorism Check) and CRB clearance required (Serco Civil Government is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and all offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office) Serco is a FTSE 250 international service company which combines commercial know-how with a deep public service ethos.  We improve services by managing people, processes, technology and assets more effectively.
