To work in the office Wednesday and Friday from 2pm till 6pm commencing as soon as possible.
The role will involve working under the direction of the Office Manager to support in the day to day front of house business. We are looking for an individual who can proactively integrate themselves into a busy office.
The receptionist will be responsible for covering the front desk, answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate associates. Also, responsible for welcoming visitors by greeting them and directing them, ensuring that they maintain security by following procedures; monitoring visitor book and issuing visitor badges. There will also be a requirement for administrative duties such as booking parking spaces and dealing with mail.
The chosen candidate must have the following skills:
* Able to use MS Office
* Previous reception experience
* Previous general administration experience
* An enthusiastic and welcoming approach
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work in a team environment
* Flexible, adaptable and able to work without close supervision
* Well presented

* Professional telephone manner
