Our client is a rapidly expanding national destination retail business who have recently acquired a site in Nottingham. The existing store is going through extensive redevelopment, at the end of which will create a very high profile destination unit with significant wow factor and the ability to pull customers in from much of the East Midlands.
Because of this redevelopment, they are recruiting for a range of chef positions for their food operations in their multi-restaurant operation on this site, where the emphasis will be on high quality, freshly cooked, seasonal food, using local produce wherever possible.
We are particularly looking for candidates with experience working in a similar type of food operation, especially those who can demonstrate a track record of working with new menus and catering around this sort of customer experience.
